Please read this page before making reservations. We want everyone to be aware of the rules of the Resort before they come to stay. It makes for a more pleasant stay when everyone knows what is expected of them and what will not be tolerated.

Lake Mayfield Resort - Important Information

First and foremost we are a Family Resort. Our activities are structured around family fun. We want everyone to feel that their children are in a safe environment. Children must be warned of the dangers of being near the lake and to watch out for vehicles.

There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Please exercise caution on and near the docks. Children must wear a life jacket when on the docks.

5 MPH is the maximum speed limit in the entire resort! It is strictly enforced!

Lake Mayfield Resort is a Fee Area
Day Use Fees
$2.50 a day per person for each non-guest of the park
Parking Fee
$7.00 per day per vehicle for each non-guest or extra vehicle of a guest

RULES
Vehicle Passes
All vehicles must have a vehicle pass on rear view mirror when in park
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 7:30 am No loud noise - whisper time
Pets
Only well behaved pets will be permitted to stay at the Resort. Pets must be on a leash at all times (10' max.). Owner must clean up after pets. Owner is responsible for any and all damage to Resort property. Pets are not allowed at the Swimming Beach. Pets can not be left in lodging. Excessive barking is not allowed. Pets must have current shots. You and your pet can be evicted for non-compliance of these rules. Please bring a towel for your pets, don't use guest towels.
Fireworks
No fireworks are allowed on Resort property, not even sparklers.
Firearms/Weapons
 No firearms/weapons (guns of any type, bows) are allowed on Resort property
No Wake Zone

Boats must not create a wake when in Marina area, Go Slow!
Launch Ramp
 Do not leave vehicle unattended on boat launch ramp.
Fuel Dock

No Smoking within 50 feet, attendant will not fuel your boat.

All Docks & Slips
Docks are closed after 10:00 pm and sleeping on boats is prohibited.
Boat Trailer Parking
Boat trailers with or without boats on them must park in Boat Trailer Parking not in RV Sites, Tent Sites or any other Parking Areas.
Campground Courtesy
 Please consider a person's site as 'their space' don't walk thru another person's campsite. Please help your children to understand there are no fenced yards in campgrounds and that they must not approach pets or play in another person's site.
Loud - Abusive Language or Profanity
This type of language will not be tolerated at any time and is cause for eviction with no refund.

Payment May be made by Visa or Master Card, check, money order or cash.
Reservations A 50% deposit is required for all reservation over $200. All other reservations require a 100% deposit. All reservations in July and August require a two night minimum weekends, three night minimum Memorial Day and Labor Day and 4th of July when applicable.
Cancellation There is a $15 cancellation fee per unit. Cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are cancelled with fewer than 14 days notice will lose the entire deposit amount. There is a 30 day cancellation notice required for Great Hall, Fire Place Lounge and group reservations. We will not accept shortened lengths of stay at check-in. There are no refunds for early departure or weather conditions.
