Cabins & Suites

First, about our cabins:

We have four types of lodgings that we call our cabins: The Best Little Oar House, The Old Oar House, The Itsy Bitsy Oar House, and the newest addition - The Cozy Oar Bungalows.

The Best Little Oar House is our most popular lodging ever. This modern cabin will sleep 8 (4 bedrooms with queen beds). It offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen including a dishwasher. And the lakefront view is simply stunning!

The Old Oar House is a quaint, old, charming cabin, and will sleep 2. It features 2 rooms and a partial bathroom. The front room contains a queen bed and sofa. The 2nd room has a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom has toilet facilities and a sink, however, it does not have hot water). The Old Oar has electricity, a/c, heat, and water.

The Itsy Bitsy will sleep 2. It is a small, plain cabin that can best be described as having 4 solid walls and a futon bed. The Itsy has lighting only. (Bring your own linens.)

The Cozy Oar Bungalows will each sleep 2 adults and 2 kids (kids love them - they think they're in forts!). Each charming bungalow has a full-sized bed + a bunk bed. There is a small table with chairs inside, and the wide front porch has another table with chairs, and a porch swing. The Cozy Oar Bungalows have lights and heat. Each has a fire pit.

Second, about our other lodgings:

Johnson Terrace: This is our "motel," offering a superb "bird's-eye lake view" from its elevated deck. You have the choice of a single room (queen bed), or a single room with a kitchenette. Each room will sleep 2. Families or friends have the option of renting two adjoining rooms with an interconnecting door. When opened, it will create a "suite," consisting of 2 rooms: 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and the kitchenette. (The kitchenette has a 2-burner stovetop but no oven.)

Winston Cove: This building contains our high-demand lakeview suites and mini-conference rooms.

The top floor offers 1- and 2-bedroom suites, sleeping 2-4 respectively. They have modern fully furnished and equipped kitchens, including dishwashers.

The downstairs level consists of our two "Sleep and Meet" mini-conference rooms. These are extremely popular for business retreats, company outings, family groups, etc. The East offers a private bedroom, a spacious front room with a murphy bed, 2 large round conference tables & chairs, a presentation board, and a sofa sleeper. It also offers a modern fully furnished & equipped kitchen. The West offers a private bedroom, a long conference table & chairs, presentation board, and a modern fully furnished & equipped kitchen.

Aspen Lodge: These suites are huge, each consisting of 2 large rooms. All have modern, fully furnished & equipped kitchens.

Each downstairs suite will sleep 8. The large front room contains 2 queen beds, and the large bedroom contains 2 more queen beds.

Each upstairs suite will sleep 5. The large front room has 1 queen bed & a loveseat sofa sleeper, and the large bedroom has 1 more queen bed.
