Lake Mayfield Resort & Marina is extremely popular with groups of all sizes because of our incredible mix-and-match combination abilities. If your group needs a combination of RV sites, tent sites, and lodgings, we're able to easily custom tailor your accommodations to fit your specific needs. Add to that a nice variety of meeting areas, and your gathering is perfected.

The best time for groups to visit is between mid-September to mid-May. During that time, we have plenty of availability in our RV sites, lodgings and facilities, and plenty of parking. We offer group discounts for 5 or more reservations.

Lake Mayfield Resort and Marina is also an ideal meeting and banquet venue. Our beautiful lakeside resort offers the finest meeting and banquet amenities in Lewis County. Our modern, multi-purpose function rooms and elegant outdoor spaces are ideal venues for business meetings, private affairs, or special events in Lewis County, and can accommodate 15 to 100 people.

The Great Hall is available for formal meetings, banquets, receptions, or family reunions. Large groups, up to 100 people, can be held in our Great Hall. A large modern kitchen and serving area will make your next event one to remember.

Our Fireplace Lounge is adjacent to our spacious Great Hall. It is a picture perfect setting for intimate receptions and informal meetings. This cozy lounge accommodates up to 20 people and is available as a stand-alone or with the Great Hall.

The BBQ Deck is an ideal location for casual outdoor dining and meeting. It is available as a stand-alone or with the Great Hall.

The Dance Pavilion is where dances, large group meetings, and informal gatherings can be held with ease. The Pavilion is the location of our Saturday Night Family Dance (from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.)

Our Lakeside Meeting Rooms, the Winston Cove Sleep & Meet Suites East and West, offer a panoramic view of the lake and are perfect for groups up to 20. They offer a large front room with large tables, presentation board, full kitchen, private restroom, and sleeping accommodations.

Our wide variety of lodgings overlooking Lake Mayfield makes an excellent choice for hospitality suites, informal meetings, or events requiring complete privacy.

The beautiful Top Deck of our Lakehouse Restaurant offers a spectacular dining area for your group!

Notice to Wagon Masters: New, easier procedure for reservations!

When you call to reserve a date for your group, we will at that time pencil-in the available sites under your name. Then, you may contact your group and have them individually call us. We will take care of booking them individually collecting the monies. We will deal directly with your group's members and handle any special requests or situations they may have.

Special rates for groups depends on the time of year the groups wish to come.

Money policies: If each reservation is $200 or less, we require full payment at time of booking. If the total is over $200, we will accept a 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance due on check-in. Cancellation policy is the same as any other reservation (prior to 14 days, full refund; 14-3 days, $15 cancellation fee per reservation unit; no refund for cancellation made less than 3 days; no refund for early departure or inclement weather).

Any facilities used during the stay (other than rv sites): The Wagon Master will accompany the manager for a walk-thru inspection before departure.
