Notice to Wagon Masters: New, easier procedure for reservations!

When you call to reserve a date for your group, we will at that time pencil-in the available sites under your name. Then, you may contact your group and have them individually call us. We will take care of booking them individually collecting the monies. We will deal directly with your group's members and handle any special requests or situations they may have.

Special rates for groups depends on the time of year the groups wish to come.

Money policies: If each reservation is $200 or less, we require full payment at time of booking. If the total is over $200, we will accept a 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance due on check-in. Cancellation policy is the same as any other reservation (prior to 14 days, full refund; 14-3 days, $15 cancellation fee per reservation unit; no refund for cancellation made less than 3 days; no refund for early departure or inclement weather).

Any facilities used during the stay (other than rv sites): The Wagon Master will accompany the manager for a walk-thru inspection before departure.
