Groups Welcome / Come and Enjoy Our Facilities

Groups are always welcome at Lake Mayfield.
The best time for groups to visit is between mid-September and mid-May as we have plenty of availability in the RV park, lodging, facilities and plenty of parking.

The Great Hall is available for large groups (up to 120 people) to have potlucks, formal dinners, meetings, dances or just to sit in the Fireplace Room and visit.

For smaller groups we have the Winston Cove Lakeside Meeting Rooms. The Lakeside Room is comfortable for 25 to 30 people


Special rates for groups depends on the time of year the groups wish to come. Our policy requires a 10% deposit at the time the reservation is made. Thirty days prior to arrival is the time to pay another 30% deposit or to make a decision to cancel and forfeit the 10% deposit. The balance is due at the end of the visit. We do have a 10% discount (from Sept - May) for the group having a Wagon Master. The Wagon Master; makes the reservations, collects all monies, accompanies the manager for a walk thru of facilities used during the stay and takes care of the final payment.
